Who is the Developer?

Is there a storage locker/extra parking?
Extra storage/parking is available as an upgrade option.
What type of sound proofing is in the units?
Only the best. Sound is measured by what’s called-Sound Transmission Class (or STC) it’s an integer rating of how well a building partition attenuates airborne sound. In Stafford Greens our rating is over 60!
STC What can be heard?
60+ Superior soundproofing; most sounds inaudible
– Stafford Greens common wall assemblies are rated approx. STC 60±
50 Very loud sounds such as musical instruments or a stereo can be faintly heard;
45 Loud speech not audible
25 Normal speech can be understood quite easily and distinctly through wall.
The Granville Community
Ponds, Walkways and Trails
